Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click. Q: HOW MUCH DOES ROUTE COST?

For cart totals under $100 USD, Route is only $0.98 USD. For carts over $100 USD, Route is a percentage calculated from the cart total. 

Q: HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE?

You can file a one-click claim through the email that Route sends you after you check out, or you can file here.

Q: ISN'T LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ALREADY COVERED THROUGH SISTIQUE BOUTIQUE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE?

While we do the best we can with filing claims via USPS, it is very rare that we get reimbursed for missing or damaged items. By purchasing shipping insurance with Route, completing a claim is only a click away, and your claim is processed within 24 hours. Route is easier, faster, and helps get any shipping issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND ROUTE REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES ROUTE COVER THAT TOO?

Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Route are still insured by Route.

Q: WHAT IF I CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE ROUTE PROTECTION? 

Purchasing Route Protection is completely optional, however, please note that if your package is shipped First Class (under 1 pound), there is no insurance on your package. If your package is over 1 pound, you will have a maximum of $100 insurance coverage. Anything over $100 is not insured. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Sistique Boutique will only be able to reimburse the amount that was covered by insurance, if the claim is approve (please note, USPS claims can take up to 45 days for approval).
