Quare neck (ya we had to look that up too :) ) is our newest favorite look! With ruffled strpes, this maxi dress is everything glorious and more. The bottom poriton of this dress is lined making it even better. We absolutely adore the ruffle straps, the fringed hem, and the smocked look. Runs true to size with great stretch and amazing comfort, Sarah is wearing a small. April sized up to a large for more length (she is 5’9”)
