FRIENDS!!! The third addition of the Sistique Blog is here and THANK GOODNESS because (I don't know about you!), but I was having some MAJOR withdrawals!! Just kidding, I have no idea what I was having withdrawals from...I was still buying EVERY SINGLE THING that Sistique sells, so I guess maybe "withdrawals from having money" would be the appropriate classification 😉
I am here with an AMAZING round-up of new items for you and the best news is that we are using the blog to introduce a new brand to all of you!! I have worn this brand MANY times in the past and I am obsessed with their style, quality, and comfort. I absolutely love summer and everything that it offers - amazing times with our friends and family, late sunsets, and warmth (because here at Sistique we live in Minnesota 😉 )- but my heart belongs to fall fashion! I personally think we are in a pretty committed relationship and I am excited to show you all what I am LOVING for this fall from Doe and Rae. Cozy sweaters, gorgeous colors, and unique design elements are all the rage for this fall fashion lover and I am excited that I was able to find items that fit all of these criteria!
This first top is a gorgeous twist on a closet staple! This black shirt features an opening on the top and flare sleeves to dress it up a bit! Wear this to the office with heels or out on the town in jeans and booties, this top is sure to turn heads!! The best part is how comfortable it is and how it can transition to ANY situation you need it for! It has a thick ribbed texture and runs a little small (I am wearing a medium). I found that it fit a little tight in the arms/shoulders, so I sized up one and love it!!
Dolman sleeves continue to be on-trend and this top takes that trend up a notch! With its see-through yoke and sleeves, it adds a little bit of FUN to the normal dolman top that Sistique has been featuring since their debut! This gorgeous top is as comfortable as it is stylish and I promise, this shirt will be added to your weekly rotation - you just won't want to take it off!! The color is perfect for fall. It fits true to size - I am wearing in a small!
This gray sweater is the SOFTEST thing you have ever felt - I promise!! It is so comfortable AND cute with its opening in the back! I loved it with jeans, booties and a bralette! It was perfection!! I sized down in this sweater, I am wearing a small! I liked it how it looked when it was slightly more fitted, so the small was my choice! This sweater will be your go-to fall wardrode addition :)
Twists are IN this year - whether it is a twist in the front, side, OR (like this shirt is rocking!) the back!! The open back, twist, and bar detail make this a top that will turn heads!! It has all of the details that are in style right now, while still being priced right and COMFY!!! This shirt is perfect for happy hour or pair it with a fun bralette for a night out! You are going to love ALL of the details with this one! I sized down to a small in this one and it was the fit I was hoping for! I love the khaki color on this with some light colored booties! It is a perfect fall outfit!
In all of the above pics, I am wearing the newest, and CUTEST, pair of KanCan jeans!! I saw these KanCan jeans and just KNEW they were destined for my closet! They are EVERYTHING - literally, ALL the cute, ALL the comfortable, and ALL the style!! I am so excited for you to love them as much as I do! The adorable button front is incredibly on-trend and is perfect for your crop tops or shirts that you tuck in front! They complete your look PERFECTLY!! I sized down to a 25 waist in this jean! They are stretchy, so they held everything in perfectly and were BEYOND comfortable!!
The second pair of KanCan jeans are what DREAMS are made of with their dark blue and striped patches!! They are amazing for cooler days and nights where you want the distressed look, but don't want to feel the COLD on your legs! I wore my normal size - 27 - in these and they were perfect! The distressed hem was one of my favorite parts of these jeans - the details on these were thought out perfectly! I am obsessed!!
