Q: Where are you located? 
A: Currently we are online only while we get our mobile RV ready for travel! 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer flat rate shipping of $6.50 anywhere in the US. Orders of $125+ will ship free! Free shipping does not apply toward fundraisers or custom orders. 

Q: When will my items ship?
A: In stock items will typically ship on a daily basis. There may be times where it takes longer, but it's unusual.  *Pre-sale and custom items have their own processing times*

Q: What if I want to cancel my order before it ships?
A: We understand you change your mind at times. However, if you need to cancel an order before it ships, we can refund your order, minus the processing fees. These fees do not go back into our pocket. These are fees that we, Sistique, are not able to recoup from our ecommerce provider.
