Q: Where are you located? 
A: Our store is located just outside of Rochester, MN! You'll find us at 589A Lake Shady Ave N; Oronoco, MN 55963. It will feel like we are off the beaten path, but I promise we are there!

Q: What are you store hours?
A: We are open Thursday 12:00-5:00; Friday 11:00-3:00; and Saturday 11:00-3:00. We are closed Sunday-Wednesday. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer flat rate shipping of $6 anywhere in the US. Orders of $100+ will ship free! 

Q: When will my items ship?
A: Items will typically ship on a daily basis. However, there may be times (you know, Minnesota winters) where we can't get them shipping immediately. No worries- we guarantee that your items will ship within 3 days of a paid invoice! *Pre-sale items will ship as soon as they arrive but you will know ahead of time if the item is pre-sale.  

Q: What if I want to cancel my order before it ships?
A: We understand you change your mind at times. However, if you need to cancel an order before it ships, we can refund your order, minus the processing fees. These fees do not go back into our pocket. These are fees that we, Sistique, are not able to recoup from our ecommerce provider.
