Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days, less the cost of shipping. 
FINAL SALE items are non-returnable. 

* Returns will be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise requested when you initiate a return. 

* Each customer is allowed 3 returns per month, anything more than that will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

*DO NOT open your package with a scissors! We are not responsible for scissor damage on clothing. 

* Your return must be postmarked within 14 days from date of delivery. PLEASE try on your items right away as we cannot accept returns past this window. 

* You are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item. 

* Your items must be unwornunwashed, with tags still attached; no exceptions. 

*  Any items that are returned that has been washed, smells of smoke, has stains or animal hair, or damage by the customer will not be accepted for return. If an item is returned in this manner, the customer is responsible for the cost of us to send the item back. 

* Email us at prior to notify us of the return. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item to us. We will respond to your email with your store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item. 

* We reserve the right to refuse future services from any customer found abusing the return policy.

Defective Items
While we will do our best to inspect each and every item before shipping, in rare cases, there may be a defect. Please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the item if you find a defect. We will do our best to replace the item, but if it is no longer available, we will refund your money or give store credit for the amount paid (your choice!) Please email to notify us of the defect within the 3 day window. Any notifications outside of this window will not be considered.
