Returns are for store credit only
Jewelry, Accessories, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
* DO NOT open your package with a scissors! We are not responsible for scissor damage on clothing.
* Your return must be postmarked within 7 days from date of delivery. PLEASE try on your items right away!
* You are responsible for the cost of postage to return your item.
* Your items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached; no exceptions!
* Any items that are returned that has been washed, smells of smoke, has stains or animal hair, or damage by the customer will not be accepted for return.
* Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to notify us of the return. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item to us. We will respond to your email with your store credit within 5 business days of receiving the item.

While we will do our best to inspect each and every item before shipping,in rare cases, there may be a defect. Please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the item if you find a defect. We will do our best to replace the item, but if it is no longer available, we will refund your money or give store credit for the amount paid (your choice!) Please email email@example.com to notify us of the defect within the 3 day window. Any notifications outside of this window will not be considered.
